About forty million people visit Las Vegas every year. Most of them end up on the Strip, the four-mile stretch of Las Vegas Blvd between Mandalay Bay, in the south, and Stratosphere, in the north. At all times you'll see people jaywalking in this city that never sleeps. Their risks are a jaywalking ticket, getting hit by a car, or getting hit by a car and a jaywalking ticket.
