First Friday

First Friday, an arts festival in downtown Las Vegas which started in October 2002, is held on the first Friday of each month, between 6 and 10 pm. Admission is free. Visit art studios and galleries, and enjoy live entertainment, shopping, and dining in restaurants and bars. Several thousand people attend the event every month.

You can park your car for free at the Clark County Government Center and use the free, continuous shuttle service to reach the arts district. The two trolleys run every 20 minutes bettween 6-10 pm and make eight stops: The Arts Fctoy, Commerce Street Studios, Holsum Lofts, Dust and G-C Arts, the Ice House restaurant, Not Just Antiques, and the festivities on Colorado Ave and Casino Center.
