Attractions in Las VegasAdventuredome. Circus Circus. The largest indoor amusement park (five acres) in the US for kids of all ages. The only indoor double-loop double corkscrew roller coaster in the world, a 60-foot plunge down the water flume ride, robotic dinosaurs, arcade game area, clown shows, a mini golf course, and rides.

Atlantis Aquarium Tour. Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. A tour of a 50,000-gallon salt water aquarium. More than 500 tropical fish.

Bellagio Conservatory. Bellagio. Glass-domed botanical garden with 1,200 bins of exotic plants, changed seasonally.

Bonnie Springs & Old Nevada. Old West-style atmosphere, petting zoo, cowboy fight show.

Carnival Midway. Circus Circus. Live circus acts in the middle of the casino every half hour from 11 am till midnight.

CCSN Planetarium. The Community College of Southern Nevada offers "Sky Watch," a live feature showing the sky and space with events as they currently happen. They also include satellite transmissions and celestial bodies in their discussions and viewings. An open public telescope is available for viewing the heavens after the last show during good weather.

Cinema Ride. The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. 3-D motion simulator rides.

Classic Car Collection. Imperial Palace. A collection of more than 250 rare and automobiles. All exhibits are for sale.

Dealertainers. Imperial Palace. Dealer/look-alikes will make you feel your blackjack dealer is a celebrity, such as Elvis Presley, Madonna, Barbra Streisand, Liza Minelli, and Roy Orbison. Daily between 6 pm and 4 am, in the Legends Pit.

Desert Demonstration Gardens. 3701 Alta Drive. Garden exhibiting the desert flora.

Eiffel Tower. Paris Las Vegas. A spectacular view of Las Vegas from 540 ft.

Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Cactus Garden. 2 Cactus Garden Drive. Short self-guided tour of a chocolate factory and free sample. More than 200 types of cacti can be viewed in the botanical garden.

Flamingo Wildlife Habitat. Flamingo. A 15-acre area displaying penguins, pink flamingos, swans, turtles, fish and a variety of birds.

Flyaway Indoor Skydiving. 200 Convention Center Dr. A DC-3 propeller creates winds of up to 120 mph. The 3-minute flight is similar to that of a real skydive.

Forum Shops. Caesars Palace. Impressive indoor shopping mall. An animated statues and laser show in the center pavilion.

Fountains of Bellagio. More than 1,000 fountains, lit at night by almost 5,000 lights, make water dance to music and propel it as high as 240 ft on the 11-acre Lago di Bellagio, in front of the hotel. A $52 million production. Twenty-eight (and more in the making) shows are rotated at random.

Fremont Street Experience. Fremont Street, downtown. A promenade stretching five blocks, where Las Vegas started. Casinos, including the oldest operating casino, Golden Gate, stores, kiosks, two stages, and roof containing more than 12 million LED lamps. A light and sound show runs every hour starting at dusk, and lasts about 8 minutes. 121 computers control the bulbs generating animated images, and 208 speakers produce 550,000 watts of sound (rock, country, rhythm and blues, etc.).

Gameworks. 3785 Las Vegas Blvd, next to MGM. More than 200 state-of-the-art video games. Rock climbing on Surge Rock, the world's largest freestanding indoor rock climbing structure (75 ft).

Gondola Rides. The Venetian. Ride in a gondola along a quarter-mile replica of the Grand Canal.

Hand of Faith Nugget. Golden Nugget. See the world's largest gold nugget on display. A man, his wife, and their four children were prospecting behind their modest trailer home in Wedderburn, Australia, using a metal detector, and discovered a gold nugget lying 6 inches below the surface. It weighs 61 pounds, 11 ounces.

Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve. 2400 Moser Dr. Henderson. Home to about 200 species of birds including the rare golden eagle. Open daily.

IMAX Theatre. Luxor. Movies are shown on a 68-ft tall screen (some movies are in 3D).

Indoor Thunderstorms. Miracle Mile Shops, Planet Hollywood. 10 am-midnight.

Insanity. Stratosphere's latest ride at 900 ft above the ground.

King Tut's Tomb. Luxor. A replica of King Tutankhamum's tomb as it was discovered by English archaeologist Howard Carter in 1922.

Lion Habitat. MGM Grand. Lions on display. 

Madame Tussaud's Celebrity Encounter. Venetian. This wax museum displays more than 100 figures of celebrities.

Masquerade Show in the Sky. Rio Suites Hotel & Casino. Music and dance show in the casino.

Merchants' Harbor Rainstorm and Entertainment. Miracle Mile, Plannet Hollywood. See lighting and rain, and free shows daily.

Mini Grand Prix. 1401 N. Rainbow Blvd/Vegas Dr. Family fun center. Go-cards, kiddie-carts, dragon roller coaster.

M&M's World. Showcase Mall, 3785 Las Vegas Blvd, next to MGM. M&M novelties and M&Ms in 21 colors.

Mirage Aquarium. Mirage Hotel & Casino. Behind the registration desk, there is an aquarium holding 20,000 gallons of salt water and 90 species of tropical fish.

National Vitamin Company Factory Tour. 7440 S. Industrial Rd. Factory tour with free samples of vitamins.

Pahrump Valley Vineyards. Pahrump, 60 miles southwest of Las Vegas. Nevada's only winery. Winery tours and tasting take about an hour and are free. Gift/souvenir shop and inexpensive gourmet restaurant.

Planet Hollywood. Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. A large collection of movie industry memorabilia. Many famous sets, costumes and props from old and recent TV and movies. Previews of upcoming movies and shows. Gift shop.

Race for Atlantis. Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. IMAX ride-film. A 3-D motion-simulator ride through the Kingdom of Atlantis.

Richard Petty Driving Experience, at the Motor Speedway. 6975 Speedway Blvd. Race car driving; up to 165 mph. Free shuttles from New York-New York, Barbary Coast, Treasure Island, Fremont Street.

Ron Lee's World of Clowns Factory & Tour. 330 Carousel Pkwy, Henderson. A self-guided tour of the factory and a gallery featuring Ron Lee's limited edition clown sculptures. Gift shop. Cafe.

Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat of Siegfried& Roy. Mirage. A 2.5-acre natural habitat with 60 rare and endangered species (including tigers, lions, a leopard, a panther, an elephant). The 2.5-million-gallon Dolphin Habitat is adjacent to the garden.

Shark Reef. Mandalay Bay. A walk-through aquarium. More than 2,000 animals are displayed, including 15 kinds of sharks. Included is an alligator dwelling with albino alligators.

The Sirens of TI. Treasure Island. Replacing the Pirates' Battle in front of Treasure Island, this new show still involves pyrotechnics, sailors who fall into the water, and adds sexy sirens, music, and dance.

Showcase. 3785 Las Vegas Blvd, next to MGM Grand. Entertainment complex.

The Sports Center. 121 E. Sunset Rd. Batting cages, go-karts, climbing wall.

Star Trek, The Experience. Hilton. Take a ride on the USS Enterprise at warp speed.

Stratosphere Observation Deck. Stratosphere. The best view of Las Vegas from the 1149 ft while the deck rotates 360 degrees.

Sunset Stampede. Sam's Town Hotel & Casino. A laser and light show in a park-like setting.

Volcano Eruptions. Mirage. A volcano erupts every 15 minutes in front of the hotel beginning at dusk until midnight, weather permitting.

X-Scream. Stratosphere. Get tilted over the edge of the tower at 30 mph. That's 900 ft above ground.

Zoological Garden. 1775 N. Rancho Dr. Exhibits include petting zoo, endangered cats, apes, eagles, and species of venomous reptiles native to Southern Nevada.
